Strandgården Beachhouse One has the task of being a strategic advisor to the board of fast-growing IT companies. It also means supporting the CEO and management in connection with acquisition plans and evaluation of various candidates. The evaluation contains an analysis of how well the target company fits in with the acquiring party, DD, valuation and how integration should be implemented.
